STOP FOR TWO MINUTES

We're heading into the home stretch for Christmas. Nerves are frazzled, we feel rushed and pressured. We tell ourselves that Christmas shouldn't be this way - but it is. It is this year and was last year and will be next  year more than likely.
What is one to do? How do we stop for a couple of minutes and get perspective? How do we "chill" a bit during this last week? How do we force ourselves to take a break?

Try this: Go to http://www.donothingfor2minutes.com/ It is a website that consists of nothing more than a tranquil ocean scene, the sound of waves on the beach and a two minute timer that resets if you so much as touch your mouse or keyboard. The idea is to do nothing for two minutes - to sit back and relax and recoup. We all need to be able to do that from time to time and especially now, during the Christmas season.
So go ahead, go to http://www.donothingfor2minutes.com/ and do nothing for a couple of minutes other than get a bit of perspective on life and Christmas and what both are all about.
